Bridging Gaps With Efficient Onboarding

Catapult’s Customer Success team is no stranger to the scope and importance of implementing new technology across multiple users.

For the Swiss Football Association, this resulted in responsive support and well-crafted resources to make all the difference. The initial onboarding with the Swiss FA teams was quick and smooth, with the Women’s National Team adapting easily whilst seeing immediate improvements in their workflow. While transitioning teams continues, a vast majority of users are steadily becoming more comfortable with Pro Video’s tools & features.

Q: Can you describe your onboarding experience, including any highlights or particularly positive aspects?

A: “Our onboarding experience was really easy and quick. The transition went smoothly because the software was easy to implement. Our Women’s National Team has been using it for the past two months, and they are really happy with it. The staff is especially pleased with how the tool works, particularly with the live collaboration during the game. Next week, the other national teams will start using it and have their own experiences with this new tool.”

Q: In comparison to your expectations, how easy was the transition process? Can you provide examples of the easiest parts?

A: “The transition was smooth for the Women’s National Team, who were the first to use it. They quickly took over the tool and saw an immediate improvement in their workflow. The big challenge now is transitioning all the other teams. A few of them started last week, and they are getting more comfortable with it every day.”

Q: How did our customer support and resources (tutorials, guides, etc.) assist you during the transition? Which resources did you find most helpful?

A: “The support has been amazing—they reply within a few minutes and do everything they can to assist us. All the resources, including tutorials and guides, are well-made and have been very helpful throughout the process.”
